Trade Exchanges, No. 5174 Turkey Chambers and Stock Exchanges Union with Chambers and Commodity Exchanges Act in Trading of the stock market, including substance within the framework of written guidelines and determination of the price of the exchange, registered and established to be busy posting jobs are the institution with a public entity.

According to the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey No. 5174 with Chambers and Commodity Exchanges Act, organizational goals and tasks of the stock market are listed as follows.



* To arrange and register the purchase and sale of the items included in the stock exchange.

* To determine and announce the daily prices of the substances included in the stock exchange in the stock office duly.

* To make general arrangements that will come into force with the approval of the Union, which show the obligations of the buyer and seller in terms of delivery and receipt and payment, the conditions of liquidation of transactions, effective conditions on prices and optional arbitration procedures when a dispute arises.

* To guide its members on price communications, electronic commerce and internet networks by following domestic and international stock markets and markets.

* Organizing and approving documents in article 51.

* To establish laboratories and technical offices to determine the types and characteristics of the substances included in the stock exchange or to participate in the established ones.

* To identify customs, customs and practices related to the stock exchange within their regions, to submit them to the Ministry for approval and to announce them.

* To make proposals, wishes and applications to the relevant official authorities on stock market activities; If all or part of its members have interests, to sue on behalf of these members or on their behalf.

* To monitor agreements, decisions and concerted practices that may have anti-competitive effects and to notify the relevant authorities in case of detection.

* To carry out these works, if the works given to the ministries or other public institutions and organizations by the legislation are deposited to the stock exchanges within the framework of the establishment purposes and duties specified in this law.

* Providing the documents needed by its members and providing necessary services for them.

* To evaluate the applications regarding domestic fairs and make an offer to the Union.

* To perform the duties to be assigned by the Union and the Ministry within the framework of the relevant laws and duties assigned by other legislation.
